Overcoming Migration Growing Pains

Surfline is an app that’s been serving surf lovers for over three decades. They provide reporting for surf spots worldwide, covering popular surfing destinations across continents. Their global reach allows surfers from different parts of the world to access accurate and up-to-date information about their local surf conditions.

Their team experienced a disjointed in-house campaign building process. However, when they attempted to migrate over to Braze as a way to streamline operations, they encountered a new challenge: the task of transitioning to an unfamiliar platform far exceeded their current bandwidth and technical expertise.

We jumped right in and handled the entire Braze onboarding process for them. Understanding their methods, we seamlessly transitioned everything to Braze, and optimized their process along the way. We crafted their entire marketing operations and campaigns from scratch, going as far as setting up channels, and incorporating in-app communications, modals, and content cards.
