They faced gaps in technical knowledge when it came to creating custom-branded templates at scale.
They found that creating VSCO-branded designs were excessively time-consuming and slowed down their overall marketing production.

We developed a modular approach to their email designs, dividing templates into reusable headers, footers, and content blocks. This simplified the process, allowing any one from their team to easily build branded emails without extensive HTML coding.
